Social Bookings

PLEASE NOTE: the Club does not provide facilities for teenage events, including 18th birthday parties and is not available for use before 7:00pm on Saturdays.

The Clubhouse Function Suite is available for use by members for family parties and other celebrations at a cost of £67.00. The funds generated from social use of the Clubhouse enable us to maintain the grounds we use for community sport.

Our Club Premises License restricts the use of our facilities to members and their guests, but non-members may join the Club on a one day membership with a subscription of £33.00 plus £67.00 being payable in advance. The cost covers the hire evening hire. 'All day' events e.g. Weddings will require an additional charge.

Funerals are a difficult time for any family member or friend. If you require us for your wake, we do not require a booking fee, but do ask that a donation is made to the club for use of the facilities.

Use of our facilities are subject to our Terms & Conditions, which are available on request.

Inflatables are not permitted on the pitches at any time. The only exception is a small children's inflatable which can be situated at the side of the clubhouse but MUST be supervised at all times.

If you have already enquired, checked availability and your date is free, please ensure you have paid the function fee +/- one day membership. Your booking will only be confirmed after the Function Fee has been paid.

You will be emailed the terms and conditions of your booking when it has been confirmed.
