Adult Cricket

Welcome to the adult cricket section of the web site. As well as having our picturesque ground, we also have access to fantastic practice equipment ranging from a bowling machine to two outdoor net cages. We have a well equipped clubhouse with bar, as well as recently renovated en-suite changing facilities.

We currently field two Saturday league teams . The 1st XI play in the Cheshire Cricket League Division One and the 2nd XI (on the back of a promotion in 2021) play in Division B West. Our home games are at Holm Lane, with away games spanning across Cheshire. All League matches start at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon.

We also have a Sunday Development XI and a Friendly midweek T20 side . These teams are an ideal opportunity for newcomers to the game, those who who can only commit a few hours a week to the game and of course those who want to try and improve their batting or bowling in a non-competative environment.

Practice net sessions take place during the season on Thursday nights from 6pm til sunset . During the winter, we net at Birkenhead Park CC on a Monday evening starting early February. We welcome players of any age or ability, new or returning to come and have a session with us. You'll be made to feel most welcome.
